I expressed to Kylie what we were looking for in a house and within 20 min she had 3 to go tour, she was available at the times we asked, was patient while we looked and finally chose a house to put an offer in on, she was very knowledgeable with houses on the market. The entire process was very smooth, she was easy to contact, quick to respond and easy to understand when communicating about the purchasing. Kylie went above and beyond to help hire a contractor to look at and bid on some minor work that needed to be done as well. Kylie is well known and valued int he community and it shows when it came to obtaining outside help with repairs, inspections. I highly recommend Kylie to do any purchase or selling through.

As we settle into our new home that Kylie also represented us in we wanted to say we can not say enough good things about her as she walked through the process with us advising us well and professionally but most of all with honesty. It’s hard to find enough words to describe how thrilled we were to have Kylie as our representative in our search for property along the Oregon coast.
